Institute Industry Interaction Cell
Keeping in mind the ever changing needs of the industry and to keep pace with the latest technology while selecting projects or undergoing in plant training, the institute has established an “Industry-Institute Interaction Cell” for liasoning with different industries as well as carrying out placement activities. This cell has a broad vision to incoporate innovative ideas and equip students to face the challenges of the corporate world.

The primary activities of this cell are :

  • Guiding and motivating, not only students but also the concerned faculty members in carefully selecting the broad areas for the Projects.
  • Conducting the placement activities by effectively meeting the top management of important companies and inviting them for campus recruitment.
  • Training the students on important areas of personality development, interview techniques, art of group discussions, presentation skills, aptitude tests etc.
  • Assisting students in getting summer / winter projects assignments through its widespread and influential contacts with in the industry.
  • Inviting reputed industrialists for guest lecture and seminar on latest trends in order to provide the students an insight into real working culture in theindustries.
  • Organising workshops and seminars regularly to create awareness amongst the students about the industry requirements and expectations from young graduates.
A Monthly Newspaper ‘Lovely World’
‘Lovely World’ a tabloid size monthly newspaper has been developed to provide platform to the students for voicing their concern and honing their creative as well as writing skills.
SPORTS FACILITY
With a view to develop all round personality of students, the institute treats with equal importance both curricular and extra curricular activities. It is the constant endeavor of the institute to see that the students grow intellectually as well as physically. To facilitate this, the institute has developed its own sports ground with basketball, cricket, volleyball playing facilities along with a jogging ground within the campus. Special care is taken for the reqular maintenance of the entire ground.
